Bistro Moncur vouchers are valid for 3 years from the issue date we advise booking a table at Bistro Moncur in advance for peak time periods to avoid disappointment (i.e. four weeks in advance for weekends). Gift vouchers may be used to make purchases at Bistro Moncur, Moncur Cellars & Woollahra Hotel. The total value of the voucher may only be used for one purchase. If a purchase is made for an amount that exceeds the remaining card value, the excess must be paid using another
payment method.
